Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge
The Hoover Dam Bypass Bridge is a bridge construction project about 1,600 feet south of the Hoover Dam. It is being constructed due to the fact that congestion has built up across the Hoover Dam, and highways leading to the Dam have become trade routes. These trade routes constitute more traffic and the bridge would alleviate this and create a safer route across the river. This information was obtained from http://www.hooverdambypass.org/purpose_overview.htm
